Refund Policy

At Eleva Digital Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services, tools, and support. Because many of our services involve time, strategy, digital access, and custom work, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access, download, or delivery has been provided. This includes:
• Templates
• Checklists
• Guides
• Scripts
• Digital toolkits
• Downloadable resources
• Membership resources already delivered
No refunds will be issued after delivery unless required by law.

2. Monthly Memberships / Subscription Services
Clients may cancel recurring monthly services at any time before the next billing cycle.
• No long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payments already processed are non-refundable
• Services remain active through the paid billing period

3. Setup Fees / Custom Work
Setup fees cover strategy, onboarding, account creation, system building, content preparation, and time invested. Because work begins immediately, setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

4. Done-For-You Services
For services such as:
• CRM setup
• Follow-up systems
• Review automation
• Website updates
• Content creation
• Business workflow systems
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun, drafts have been delivered, or systems have been created. If concerns arise, we encourage clients to contact us so we can work toward a fair solution.

5. Missed Calls / No Shows
If a strategy call or scheduled meeting is missed without notice, it may need to be rescheduled based on availability.

6. Chargebacks
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, Eleva Digital Solutions reserves the right to suspend services and provide documentation of work completed.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
We value relationships and may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis when reasonable.
