Results depend on many factors including your market, pricing, responsiveness, reputation, competition, and business operations.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, requested materials, approvals, and access needed to complete services.
Delays caused by missing information, slow approvals, or lack of cooperation may impact timelines and results.

4. Payments
All payments are due as agreed upon at checkout, invoice date, or subscription renewal date.
Services may require:

Failure to pay may result in paused services, removal of access, or cancellation.

5. Subscription Plans
Monthly plans automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Some services may involve third-party tools such as Wix, HubSpot, Canva, Meta, Google, ChatGPT, or other software platforms.
Eleva is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, suspensions, or errors caused by third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability
Eleva Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, business, financial, reputational, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, advice, or products.
